Production Planning & Control
 Planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.
 Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximum use of men, material as well as machine.
 Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.
 Coordinating with Production & Maintenance Department to ensure smooth functioning of line for ensuring the best quality of product being packed.
Quality Assurance / Process Enhancement
 Ensuring adherence to quality standards & maintaining all related records and documents.
 Monitoring the quality of products during the entire production process.
 Coordinating with the laboratory personnel for ensuring the quality of production.
 Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastages while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity.
 Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction and energy conservation, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.
 Performing statistical process control for continuous improvement of the process.
Man Management
 Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on- job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
 Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising the member’s performance & providing feedback.
 Conducting meetings with workmen for improvements and emphasizing on usage of safety equipments and working on the safety action points.
